Re: Dura Plastic Products Price Increase

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to increased material and production costs Dura Plastics is announcing a list price increase of 6%. This increase will be effective October 26^th 2009, and will be applied to all Dura Fittings and Valve categories including special contract priced items.

Categories not affected by this increase are:

• Valve Boxes

• Drainage Basins and Grates

The new list prices can be calculated by dividing the current list price by .94. The new list prices will be available on our web-site www.duraplastics.com by October 19^th.

Orders placed prior to the increase will be limited to 1/12^th of your estimated annual purchases and are for immediate release. Price protection and delayed shipments will not be allowed.
