In 1956, Mr. Willi Rost moved to the United States from his native Stuttgart, Germany. He and his wife, Ursula, began Dura Plastics in 1962. Mr. and Mrs. Rost moved the company from West Covina to Beaumont in 1969. Presently, the day-to-day operations of the company are overseen by their two sons, Hardy and Kevin. The company manufactures and distributes approximately 2,800 different types of PVC piping components.
