This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Dura Plastic Products LLC (“Dura”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects and processes personal information online through DuraPlastics.com and all other Dura websites and applications (the “Services”) that link to this Notice..

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY PROTECTION

We have not targeted children that are under 13 years of age in designing the Website.  If you are under the age of 13, you should not use, or submit any Personal Information to, this Website; if you would like to access our Website and the information and services we provide, consult your parent or guardian and ask him or her to access our Website on your behalf.  Please contact us if you believe any Personal Information about a child under the age of 13 has been submitted to us without parental or guardian consent.
